During the workshop, a predictive study on skills anticipation will be presented. Speakers will also discuss and reflect on concrete actions and policy recommendations to better support talent circulation and strengthen researchers’ skills and capabilities.

The workshop will consist of three parts: a presentations of the results from the ‘Predictive studies on transversal skills development’, a showcasing of EU inspiring initiatives to enhance the career development of researchers, and finally a co-creation session. Aim of the workshop

  • Share knowledge on developing and enhancing transversal skills of researchers.
  • Co-define potential solutions to help universities rethink their investment in education and training, better preparing researchers for future challenges and opportunities.

Who is the workshop for?

The workshop is designed to bring together participants from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), University Alliances, Research Performing Organisations, quadruple helix stakeholder organisations and other EU-funded project and initiatives.
