EURAXESS is a network created at the initiative of the European Commission to disseminate relevant information (scholarships, grants, financing opportunities, career development) to researchers and to support their activities. Thanks to the EURAXESS network and website, you can promote doctoral scholarships, available jobs and partnerships in order to encourage research on European level.

The Dutch EURAXESS Network is currently composed of 10 EURAXESS Centres, located at universities across the country. They offer professional support to researchers and their families before, during and after a move to the Netherlands.

From March 2023 until 2026, the ERA Talent-project offers funding to expand EURAXESS services. Through ERA Talent, we can develop the ERA TALENT Platform, continue with the Hub Projects and create Communities of Practice.

Explore EURAXESS The NetherlandsEURAXESS Netherlands is the Dutch network of EURAXESS. From our office in The Hague, we coordinate the Dutch network of 10 service centres and act as a link between the Dutch network and the European Commission.
With a national portal and national activities, we share relevant information with researchers and research institutions in the Netherlands and abroad. We gather issues and together with other national EURAXESS offices, try to find solutions or give recommendations to the European Commission.

EURAXESS started as an initiative of the European Commission, to disseminate relevant information to researchers and to support their activities. As of 2025, the network has grown to 43 national networks and portals, well beyond Europe.

Explore EURAXESS WorldwideEURAXESS Worldwide links researchers from all over the world to Europe. They want to help deepen the European Research Area by amongst others attracting talent to Europe. They do this with the help of dedicated regional teams, located in Africa, ASEAN (focusing on Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam), Australia and New Zealand, Latin America and the Caribbean (focusing on Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia), China, India, Japan, Korea, and North America (USA and Canada).
